 RYT 750

Zoe believes in the power of breath and movement and creates space for her students to explore that. She was introduced to yoga over a decade ago while studying acting at NYU and it has been an integral part of her life ever since. Her career as an artist led her to a career in yoga—both exploring means of expression and connection. She loves to teach and practice anywhere and everywhere— she’s taught abroad in Indonesia, Cambodia, and India, as well as at home in NYC, LA, and Miami. She’s led classes for various charities, wellness brands, and corporations, while also teaching in an array of settings such as high school classrooms and Times Square. She is one of Modo Yoga NYC’s senior teachers, and has helped to establish their brand and grow their community . Zoe has trained extensively- 500 hour (Hatha) Modo Yoga/Los Angeles, 100 hour (Ashtanga/Hatha) Hari Om Yoga Vidya/Rishikesh, India, 100 hour (Vinyasa) Modo Yoga/ Toronto, 30 hour (Yin) Integral Yoga/New York City, 25 hour (Yoga for Trauma) Prison Yoga Project/New York City. Zoe is based in Brooklyn; she teaches private students, group classes, corporate classes, and leads international and local yoga retreats.

Zoe works one on one with students to tailor a yoga program that fits their specific needs, interests and skill level. Through her one on one instruction, students improve quickly, find more flexibility and strength, develop better posture, experience deeper body awareness, and cultivate a powerful yoga practice.  She offers both virtual and in person sessions, and she sees her private clients wherever they feel most comfortable (in their own homes or in a studio or gym setting). Zoe is available to work with individuals, with couples, and small groups.

Please reach out to Zoe directly to inquire about booking an In Person or a Virtual Private Session.

She leads music driven Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin classes (both heated and non-heated).  Although guiding a large group, she maintains focus on alignment details and a strong collective breath.  She currently teaches in New York City at Modo Yoga and Heatwise.

The perfect way to reset without leaving the office! Zoe offers classes before work to jumpstart the day, midday to regroup, or after work to wind down. She creates a yoga program to fit the office's needs and is happy to add a meditation component as well. She is available for special events (i.e. team building, celebrations, etc.) as well as on a longer term basis.
